The Spiritual Connection Workshop

Anyone can heal, anyone can meditate. You don’t need to have a special gift to connect to Spiritual Energy. It’s a part of everyone. We can all do it.

At this workshop, Sandra draws on 10+ years of experience as a clairvoyant to show you how easy it is to connect to your own spiritual energy and that of others. You will be given simple tools and exercises to:

• solve your own problems and dilemmas,
• heal yourself and others
• send messages to loved ones far away
• heal another person while reading their aura.

For a minimum of 6 persons per group, Sandra will come to your home or venue to run this 5-hour workshop. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to attend your own private workshop with your friends or family.

This workshop is for everyone. Sandra will give you tools and techniques to tap into your own Spiritual Energy. You will learn simple but effective exercises for working with energy for healing, problem solving and sending messages to loved ones far away.

Astrology Workshop

Did you know that the first ever book on Astrology was written by Abraham? Astrology has been with mankind for longer than we think and it’s about time we start using it properly: as a tool to make our lives better.

In our modern world, Astrology has become no more than a useless column in the newspaper that we may all read, but not take too seriously! There is much more to Astrology than daily horoscope columns.

At this workshop, Sandra Light will teach you the Basics of Astrology with a focus on how it can help your life. You will be given an understanding of all the signs and planets to help you know yourself better.

Your own individual charts will be used as a reference during this workshop that you can enjoy in your own home or office. This is an exploration of your Self, Goddess!

Divine Chakra Workshop

The workshop begins with a guided meditation to visualise and cleanse your chakras. This is followed by discussions, self-analysis, affirmations and other activities on the handouts provided by Sheryn, to help you heal blocked or cloudy chakras.

Divinities that aid in the healing of specific chakras are introduced, and it is this connection between the Divinities and the chakra system that makes Divine Chakra Workshops unique and practical. Divinities can then be called upon to assist you in conducting hands-on-healing on your partner.

The grand finale is an inspiring and powerful Chakra-Awakening Dance.
Please note that Divine Chakra Workshops do not promote polytheism. Rather, we encourage participants to appreciate and call upon Divinities, who are simply different aspects of our one true Creator and God.

The Divine Chakra Workshop runs for approximately 4 hours, with the Chakra-Awakening dance lasting for about 60 minutes.

Barriers & Boundaries: Self-Defense for Women Workshops

Barriers & Boundaries: Self-Defense for Women Workshops are fantastic, hands-on workshops that arm you with practical skills and psychological know-how to enable you to fend off an attacker and maximize your chances of safety and survival.

Every woman is aware of her special innate gift – our “women’s intuition”. Using this as a spiritual anchor for this unique workshop, we take you through the steps of what can potentially happen at every stage of an attack, from “Oh, I knew I shouldn’t have left the house tonight, I have a bad feeling about this”, to “Oh my gosh, he’s following me!! What do I from here?!”

While listening and trusting your intuition can play a big part in ultimately saving you from a threatening situation in the first place, we show you the practical moves and empower you with strategies that can literally save your life in situations when you aren’t “tuned in”.

You will also be taught basic spiritual tools to protect you from attracting negative energies. This perfect marriage of practical and spiritual self-defense makes Barriers & Boundaries: Self-Defense for Women Workshops essential for every goddess.

Workshop runs for approximately 2.5 hours. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Customised Packages:

If you want your party to stand out with something memorable, you can choose to have additional therapies to make your party more interesting.

Providing something different and unexpected always gives your party the WOW factor. We have found that guests respond very well to these packages as they get people talking. The whole energy in the room lifts and your guests have a unique and memorable experience.

The Soul Taster Package

Our Soul therapists provide 5-10 minute readings for guests at a party to offer something different and interesting. Tarot readings, Numerology, Angel Card readings, Astrology readings, Palmistry or Psychic readings can be enjoyed by your group at an hourly rate to spice up your party. Our therapist can wander around the room or remain seated in front of a table to give your guests a short message from the spirits. You only need our therapist at your party for one or two hours, depending on the size of your group. You can even ask our therapist to come dressed as a Gypsy or Chinese fortune teller, if it suits your party theme.

• 5min sessions $15 per person
• 10min sessions $25 per person
• Or a minimum of one hour - $130 per therapist

The Soul Mover Package

We also provide Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong or Chakra Dance sessions for the group that wants to get shaking. These half-hour sessions give you an introduction to the therapy, with some basic exercises that you can do on your own. We have had great success with these additional packages that always break the ice, get people talking and liven up the group. It's a fun way to try something new in a comfortable environment.

• $15 per person (based on a half hour session of any of the above)
• Or a minimum of one hour - $130 per therapist

The Beauty Taster Package

Learn how to give yourself a facial! Tracey Habron, our Alternative Health Practitioner and Skin Care Expert will come to your home or venue with everything you need to give yourself a proper Goddess facial. Tracey will show you all the techniques and tips you need to pamper yourself at home, in your own time. Tracey uses Mi-essence, the only certified Organic product made in Australia. Her session goes for only 1 hour for a group of 10 persons. This is a must for every goddess who cares about her skin.

• 1 hour for 10 persons $25 per person
• Or $225 for 1 hour

The Body Taster Package

Learn how to give yourself a Foot Reflexology Massage! Our Massage therapist will show you and your group how to give yourself a Foot Reflexology Massage. Reflexology involves applying pressure to reflex points on the bottom of the feet to affect changes in the rest of the body. Find out where these points are and learn how to give yourself some reflexology under the guidance of our therapist. This is a great skill to learn especially for goddesses who have a hectic lifestyle and don’t have time for a regular full body massage. This session goes for 1 hour for any size group.

• 1 hour min of 5 persons $25 per person
